Professional camera and microphone are essential for a positive videoconferencing experience to your meeting partner.
The camera and microphone hardware connects to your laptop via the included USB switch with just one USB-C cable which also delivers 60W of power.

All cables can be placed under the table. On the table is only the speakerphone (speaker and microphone) with about 1m USB-C cable that can be wrapped.

Recommendations from practice
The 4K camera with wide angle mode (90° horizontal, 56° vertical) can also be used for small table with several participants. For a pleasant quality, please consider the distance, up to 4m from the camera and up to 1.5m far from the movable speakerphone.

Hybrid meetings for small rooms

Companies need to be able to easily set up video conferences even in small rooms and equip them with presentable video and audio quality.

Below you can see a possible solution that could also fit your conference room. The devices are certified with Microsoft Teams and can be operated with a free Teams Rooms Basic license.

The camera (without optical zoom) has still a qualitative picture up to a distance of 5m. The 6 microphones of the Speakerphone have a good range up to 2m. Optionally, 2 more microphones can be connected with a range up to 1.5m each.

The cost for the components shown in the picture and drawing, including setup support, user manual with a free Microsoft Teams Rooms Basic license and associated cables is just under 2500 EUR.
